Recommend it for families needing space
So, we arrived there and holy hell, they let us check in early! I mean, seriously, who does that? Plus, they hooked us up with tea and biscuits in the room, like a little surprise waiting for us, nice touch.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you know, it was acceptable for what we got.

The Livingston Lodge was a pleasant surprise with its clean and well-organized rooms, making my stay both comfortable and efficient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my work-related needs were met promptly. The attached restaurant offered excellent dining options at reasonable prices, significantly enhancing my overall experience. The location was convenient for my business activities, and I enjoyed my interactions with the local community.
Thin walls allowed for excessive noise disruption during the night.

Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff
I had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel where the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the easy access to local eateries for dining options. One area for improvement would be the sound insulation, as I could hear noise from other rooms.

It was just an ideal choice for a quick break in Livingston with reasonable value. The beds are OK but the pillows are not. Just keep an eye on cleanliness.

nice stay but room needs improvements
The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The little mint chocolates on the pillows and biscuits with tea were delightful surprises that added a personal touch to our experience.
The room, while comfortable, could have been cleaner.

Great staff and location!
Spent 2 nights in a standard single room. Staff were super helpful, showing me the ropes for an early checkout. Room was clean, but honestly, it could use some fresh paint. They’ve got a nice Italian restaurant on site, so I had some yummy pizzas which was a real plus! Just wished it was a bit quieter at night.

The double room was clean and had a private bathroom with shower, complimentary body soap and shampoo. There was a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and heating. WiFi was solid. Plenty of parking available. The staff were helpful, and there’s a nice pub atmosphere too.
